Nicki wakes up in the middle of the night and immediately dashes to the bathroom. She reaches the toilet and empties out her stomach. "FAREE!" She yells from the bathroom floor. "Yes Baby." He sees her sitting on the floor gripping her stomach and vomiting. "You okay babe?" He asks concerned. "Nigga, do I look okay to you? No I don-" she begins to snap but she's interrupted by the urge to throw up again. "Nic, I'm gonna go get Jayden ready so I can take you to the hospital. Can you get yourself in the shower?" "Yes." She said weakly. She went into the shower and SB went into Jayden's room to get him ready. He took of his pajamas and changed him into some khaki pants and an army kids VVS t-shirt. Need I remind you it's 3:37 a.m. Jayden was still sleeping throughout this whole change. Safaree picked him up and took him downstairs and placed him on the couch. He went up to see Nicki putting on her pink PINK sweatpants and a pink and black Barbie™ shirt. He spoke up "Nicki you ready?" "yeah, can you pass me my pink and black Jordans?" "Here." He gave her the shoes, she put them on and he assisted her down the stairs. Safaree picked up Jayden, who was still asleep and walked Nicki out the door to the black Range Rover. He places Jayden in his booster seat and drives off to the hospital.
When they finally arrive Nicki is called back immediately and is greeted by a doctor with long dark red hair. "Hello Mrs. Maraj, I'm Dr. Keller!" "Hi Dr. Keller. Mrs. Maraj is my mother. Call me Nicki!" She smiled sweetly. "Okay, Nicki. So what are we here for?" "Well for a few days I've been feeling sick, waking up in the middle of the night just throwing up 24/7 so it kept continuing so I thought I'd come to see what's going on." "Ok, well we can do an ultrasound and see what's going on in there and run some tests. Sound good?" She said while smiling. "Yeah that's fine." Dr. Keller brought in the machine and proceeded to apply the gel. "This will be a little cold." She spread the doppler over the gel and was shocked from what she saw. "Umm.... Nicki?" She said shocked by the fact that Nicki was still very slim and small compared to the baby in her stomach. "Yes ma'am is there something wrong?" She said nervously. "No not at all, but it seems that your pregnant!" "Wait woah. How?" She thought back to the last time her and Safaree had sex. It was only twice that they'd ever had sex. When they conceived Jayden and when they first started dating 4 months ago. She couldn't be 4 months because she still had her flat stomach. "Are you sure?" "Yep. Looks to be about 4 months along. Look at the screen. What you were feeling was just morning sickness." "But i was showing when i was pregnant with my son. Is there something wrong with the baby?" She asked concerned. "No. This baby isn't small or anything it's just in a weird position so you can't really tell your pregnant. It's nothing that would cause a threat to you or your baby. The baby's position will change in a few days or weeks so you'll start showing in a few. You can find out what your having the next time you come." "Wow. Thank you!" She got her prenatal vitamins and left the room. She was greeted by Safaree and an awake Jayden. "Mommy!" Jayden said while running to her. "Hey mommas baby." She said picking him up and placing him on her hip and a kiss on his cheek." "So, what did the doctor say babe?" "Can we talk when we get home 'cause it's really important?" "Okay.." He said nervously about what she had to tell him. They left the doctor's office and drove home in silence.
When they reached home it was 4:45. Nicki went into the living room and sat her son on the couch and turned on the tv to Cars 2 and left to meet Safaree in the kitchen. He was looking into the fridge and pulled out two waters and a juice box. He left to give the juice box to Jayden and reentered the kitchen. "So, what happened at the doctor?" He asked picking up his water. "Well she said I'm not sick but..." She looked down and played with her nails."... I'm pregnant." She blurted out. She looked up to see Safaree with the biggest smiles she's ever seen. "OMG we're having a baby?!" He picked her up and spun her around and kissed her. She was shocked to his reaction. "Baby, you don't seem too happy." He said noticing her facial expression. "It's not that but I expected you not to really want it because we just started dating." "Onika Tanya Maraj, we might've just started dating, but we haven't just started loving each other. I will always be there for you and my children no matter what. Don't ever think otherwise, okay? I love you and my kids." A smile happened to appear on her face and she kissed him. "So how far along are you cuz you still look small, lil' bit?" She dead faced him. "You know I hate when you call me that. The doctor said I'm 4 months." "Wow your not even showing a little, is the baby okay?" He asked genuinely concerned. She smiled realizing how much he actually cared. "Yea she said its in a weird position but he or she is okay." "Good! I have a serious question, could it possibly be Jay's?" Her smile faded and thought back to the last time they had had sex.

Nicki came back from running errands dropping Jayden off at Candi's house and she was picking something up at the house and going back to get Jayden. She came home to the smell of weed and alcohol. She knew Jay and his friends were home. She hated when he drank or smoked. Especially at the same time. He didn't know Jayden was going to Candi's house so why would he smoke and drink with a child living there?, good thing she did it or he would've been exposed to this.
Jay was walking his friends out the door and turned to kiss Nicki, but she turns her head. "Yo, what the fuck you think you doing?" He grabbed her jaw and kissed her so roughly.
"Stop! You have weed and liquor on your breath and your hurting me."
"Then don't fucking deny me like that ever again, hoe!" He said with anger in his eyes. "I'm not no hoe you just fuck whenever, I'm your fiancé. Don't ever call me that again!" She said with tears in her eyes. "Who the fuck you talking to? Your a slut. You're gonna learn not to fucking talk to me like that." He grabbed her and took her into the downstairs guest bedroom and locked the door. "I'm sorry, just don't do this again." He started unbuckling his pants and pulled down his boxers and exposed his "member". She tried to get up but he slammed her on the bed and started ripping off her clothes. She screamed and tried to fight but he kept hitting her. He thrust into her w/o warning and she cried out in pain. "This'll teach you not to talk back to me." "I'm so sorry Jay, just stop. It hurts!" She said with tears streaming down her face. "STFU up. You know you like it." "No I don't. It hurts. STOP! I need to get Jayden. I'm sorry!" She could feel her skin tearing. "Ugh. Nicki, idgaf about that kid just fucking take it. Damn always messing up a nigga nut." He slapped her across her face. "Just shut your fucking mouth" he said. She cried until she felt him shaking inside of her and she knew what was about to happen. "Jay pull out!... NOW!" She said squirming to avoid what was to come "Ughhhhhh" he came inside of her. She cried harder. She felt disgusting and used. She got up quickly and went to shower. She slid down the wall and cried to herself. She scrubbed at her skin so roughly to get the filth off of her. The water became one with the tears falling from her eyes. She finally got out, put her hair into a wet, messy bun on top of her head, got dressed, and went to clean up the weed and liquor smells before she went to pick up her son.
Nicki came out of her trance by Safaree wiping her tears that managed to fall from her eyes. "You okay? You spaced out on me." He asked. "No... it's possibly Jay's, he raped me one night..." She cried harder into Safaree's chest. "It's okay Nic. No matter what I'll be there for you. I love you babe." "NO. It's not okay. This is supposed to be a beautiful moment and its just not." Just then Jayden ran in. "Mommy can we get some breakfast?" That boy. The only thing that can put an immediate smile on her face. Her son. "Baby boy it's really early if you take a nap for me just for a little bit, when you wake up breakfast will be ready, deal?" He shook his head yes. "Will you and Daddy lay with me?" He said with his big doe eyes. "Yeah give us a second big man?" Safaree said. He ran into his room. "Babe, did you hear what he just called me?" he said with the biggest smile ever. "Yeah. He loves you and so do I. Your the best thing that's ever happened to us. You're the greatest friend ever. You've given me so much in my life and I thank you so much. But above all you gave me the best thing ever, and that's my son. I can't tell you how grateful I am for him." She wiped her tears and gave him a long passionate kiss. "Baby, lets go check on him." "Ok." They walked into Jayden's room to see him laying on his bed watching TV. They laid down next to him so that he would be in the middle. They drifted off to sleep as a family.
